Mighty Waves sits at an intersection
Three women keep arriving at my door. Usually she is more than one of them at once.
01 — You are in the middle of choosing whether to go back to work
Relaunching. You stepped out, on purpose or because life required it, and now you are weighing whether there is a way back in and what it would cost your family. I have done this more than once. There is a way in, and we will find yours.

Lydia of Thyatira
She was an entrepreneur — a founder and a business owner in the language of our day — dealing in purple cloth, the most valuable color in the ancient world, drawn from the sea and priced for royalty. She ran the enterprise, headed her own household, and carried the risk of both. She was also the first person in Europe recorded as coming to faith, and the moment her heart was opened, she opened her house, and the church met at her table.
A strong woman and a builder, who never had to choose between commerce and conviction, and whose ministry ran straight through her hospitality. Amethyst and gold are on this site because of her. My front door in Ponte Vedra Beach is open for exactly the same reason hers was.
